Rishi Sethia

Chief Operating Officer - Grocery and Impulse

Rishi Sethia joined Americana Foods in October 2020 and is the Chief Operating Officer for the Grocery and Impulse category. In his role, Rishi leads the end-to-end Grocery and Impulse category (Canned food, Cakes and Cookies, and Bakery portfolio) across the GCC and Egypt, overseeing the commercial, marketing, procurement, R&D, manufacturing and QHSE Functions.

Rishi also served as VP of Strategy and Business Development of Americana Foods, wherein he led the development of the 5-year strategic plan, which included scouting and pursuing potential M&A opportunities. Prior to Americana Foods, Rishi had a longstanding career with Kellogg Company, wherein he held several roles with the latest being the Senior Finance Director for Middle East, North Africa and Turkey and prior to that Head of Revenue Growth Management for EMEA.

Rishi holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a B.B.A in Information Systems from the Western Michigan University.
