Chicken Lasagna

Americana chicken fillet

ounces marinara sauce

ounces sour cream

lasagna noodles

cups mozzarella

cups parmesan

Vegetable oil Basil

Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken on both sides until brown (about four minutes each side). Set aside. In a bowl, whisk one egg into the sour cream, then set aside.

In a casserole dish, spread ⅓ of the jar of marinara on the bottom, top with lasagna noodle.

Spread half of the sour cream mixture on top of the noodles and layer with chicken.

Top the chicken with ½ cup of mozzarella and a ½ cup of parmesan.

Continue layering in the same order and top with remaining cheeses.

Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.

Sprinkle with fresh basil and enjoy
