Supply Chain Workshop

In early June, we completed our two-day ISC event for the Integrated Supply Chain Snacks team, led by our dedicated Snacks Management Team. The aim of the meeting was to reinforce the importance of alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

Our extensive ISC team enthusiastically engaged in this hands-on learning experience, utilizing financial ratios as planning tools to develop leadership and entrepreneurial perspectives. The simulation provided a risk-free environment for participants to experiment with strategies, foster collaboration across functions, and gain insights into cross-functional financial relationships.

In appreciation of the team’s efforts and commitment, we ended the ISC event with an entertainment night featuring an Egyptian magician, as we celebrated the successful completion of the training.
