Egypt HR Meeting

With the first half of the year coming to an end, our Americana Foods Egypt HR team conducted their mid-year review meeting, held by Dr. Amany Shehata, to assess the progress of our HR team priorities that were set at the beginning of 2024 and explore new ways and trainings that support these goals and help in attaining them.

The meeting was a great opportunity for the team to introduce the Celemi Cayenne™ Business Simulation, a tool specifically designed to manage stakeholders through digital transformation, increase staff commitment and improve alignment on projects and establish effective project teams. Through this simulation, employees gain a holistic understanding of projects, recognize common pitfalls, and develop the skills needed to navigate them successfully.

Overall, the Celemi Cayenne™ Business Simulation proved to be an excellent training solution to support our goals of enhancing collaboration and improving our ways of working together.
