Chief Human Resources Officer

Nihal Hammad joined Americana Foods in July 2022 and is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Americana Foods. In her role, Nihal leads the People Agenda (HR and Administration Functions) across markets, with a focus on driving and fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, and builds a high-performance culture that supports the company’s growth journey.

Prior to joining Americana Foods, Nihal held senior HR and business partnering roles at global and regional organizations the likes of Al Batha Healthcare, MSD, Henkel, Emaar and Unilever, (overseeing the HR and Administration Functions) across various territories in Europe, North Africa and the Levant, wherein she successfully led and executed various people transformation programs and initiatives that were the driving force to enabling results through people and creating an employer of choice culture.

Nihal holds a Master’s degree in HR Management & Services from the James Madison University and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Cairo University.
