Ways of Working Workshop

To enhance the Ways of Working (WOW) through Americana Leadership Imperatives, we organized in May a 2-day successful workshop for Farm Frites Egypt and The International Company for Agriculture Production & Processing (ICAPP), our Fruit & Vegetables BUs.

Patricio Rohner, the previous Americana Foods CEO, kicked off the meeting with an encouraging message, allowing the teams to share their business strategies across the different functions.

To further tap into the leadership imperatives, we invited the inspirational speaker and para-athlete Eslam Abuali, who shared his success stories, the challenges he overcame and some tips on how to deal with our current state of mind.
The workshop ended with an engaging team binding activity and an exciting night with a magician.
